the market concerns the acquisition of restaurant titles for the group

of orders made between the Commune and the CCAS de Lattes. The coordinator of the

groupement is the Commune of Lattes. It is understood by restaurant titles, titles in paper format and in dematerialized format.

The face value of restaurant vouchers is currently 7.00 euros.

The framework agreement is concluded from 1 January 2022 (or the date of contract notification if later) until 31 December 2022. It is renewable 3 times by tacit renewal for a period of 12 months.

The maximum amount of benefits for each period is:

500,000 euro excl. tax for the Commune of Lattes

250 000 euro excl. tax for the Ccas de Lattes
