- Decision No 77/2021 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Zielona Góra dated 12 October 2021 on the establishment of a regional standard of technology for performance and acceptance of works (i.e., spr: ZG.0301.5.2021). The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract contained in Annex 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of forest work implementation technology).

A description of the rules for the receipt of forestry works is set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ.

The offer submitted for the Package must cover the entire scope of the work provided for in the SWZ for this Package.

The place of execution of the object of the order will be the administrative area of Torzym Forest District.

The implementation of the work included in the subject of the contract for individual Packages will be carried out in the area of forestry — specific to the Package (“Package Implementation Area”). The location (forest address) of individual forestry works falling within the scope of the Contract Subject shall be preliminary in Annex No 3.1.. The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the scope of the Contract Subject shall be specified in the Order referred to in point 3.3. (1), provided that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.

In view of the actual natural weather situation that may occur during the execution of the subject of the contract, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make reductive adjustments, enhancement adjustments, new location, as well as pausing the steps indicated in each line of tables describing the subject of the order.

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 as of late) covering work in the field of hunting economy and economy Meadow and agricultural area in OHZ (in the area of 105 and 106), to be carried out in the Torzym Forest District in the year 2022.

The scope of the object of the contract shall include the summary quantities of hunting and meadow and agricultural works resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which shall consist of:

Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;

The tangible ranges set out in Annex No 3.1. are of an estimate.

Quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract shall specify:

- Decision No 19 of the Director-General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the “Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forest works” in the organizational units of the State Forests (i.e., spr. EZ.011.1.2021), as amended as a result of Decision No 101 of the Director General of State Forests of 16 September 2021 and Decision No 112 of the Director General of State Forests of 4 October 2021 (i.e. spr. EZ.011.13.2021),

and

The scope of the object of the contract shall include the summary quantities of work on the scope, collection and breaking of timber resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which shall consist of:

Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;

Annex No 3.6. — List of surfaces with protection of raids and substrates;

The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated.
