The purpose of the contracting authority is to conclude one (1) agreement with one (1) contractor for the performance of cleaning services and window cleaning. The work to be carried out consists of cleaning work, window cleaning, periodic work and work on demand. This assignment is executed at all (8) (school) locations.

The size of the contract is estimated at € 185,950.00 per year excluding VAT. For the entire contract duration (3 years plus the 4 option years), the size of the contract is estimated at € 1,301,650 excluding VAT.
