After the initiation of the procedure by Mayor's Decree, the contracting file, the specifications and the expense by agreement of the Local Government Board are approved.After the publication of the tender announcements and specifications and expired the period of 15 calendar days for formulation of proposals, the act of opening them is carried out on the first business day following the end of the aforementioned period. Once the proposals are admitted, they will be evaluated by the contracting table and the classification of the same is approved in order from highest to lowest score. Once the requirement for documentation prior to the award has been formulated, it is completed by the successful bidder and the Local Government Board proceeds to award the contract, to subsequently formalize it, all in accordance with the provisions of Law 9/2017 on Public Sector Contracts and concordant regulations.
