Maintenance and creation of misting systems The contract is a service contract, awarded according to an open tendering procedure pursuant to Article R2124-2 1° of the French Public Procurement Code

The purpose of the consultation is to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance operations, including partial renovations, and the creation of new misting systems, as well as urgent repair work (most often following vandalism, breakdowns or an accident) on the misting systems located on the territory of the city of Puteaux.The contract is a single-contractor composite framework agreement. It is composed, on the one hand, of fixed prices for the services detailed in the breakdown of the total and fixed price (D.P.G.F.), and on the other hand of unit prices with regard to the services detailed in the Unit Price Schedule (B.P.U.)
