BG_1388_EU/23 - Factory overhaul of various components of the weapon station system

The contract includes the factory repair of various components of the weapon station system.The bidders must take into account in the submission of the tender that the information on the respective specialist lots is only an estimate of the requirements derived from the past values and that any Additional requirements included. The actual orders made during the term of the contract may differ with regard to the demand quantities of the respective supply numbers contained in a subject lot. In any case, the upper limit for each order shall be the total quantity summarised in the subject lot concerned. An obligation on the part of the Client to place individual orders is not established by this contract. The contract period begins with the award of the contract and ends on 31.12.2026.If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends, regardless of the legal grounds, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special right of termination. Furthermore, the client reserves the right to an optional extension of the framework agreement until 31.12.2027.
