In September 2013, Norway signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Kosovo, the Kosovo Judicial Council (KJC) and the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council ‘regarding the funding and implementation of the Case Management and Information System Project for the Kosovo Judiciary’.

The review shall assess the results of the 1st phase of the project, i.e. the realisation of the results as described in the project proposal, including the results framework.

The review shall also review the revised project proposal for phase II of the project.

Based on the assessment of the 1st phase of the project, as well as the review of the revised project proposal for phase II, the Consultant shall provide recommendations for the implementation of phase II of the project.
