1. The subject of the contract is the successive purchase of fuels throughout the country for cars operated in the Ambulance Rescue in Wrocław and its branches.

2. The Ordering Party provides for purchase of fuel in quantity and type:

1) Diesel fuel in the amount of 420,000 liters;

2) Unleaded petrol 95 in the amount of 1440 liters;

3. Detailed description of the item of the order is presented in Part III of SWZ — Description of the Order Item (OPZ)

The Ordering Party provides for the purchase of fuel in quantity and type

2) Unleaded petrol 95 in the amount of 1440 liters;

At present, the Ordering Party has:

1) 5 cars powered by unleaded gasoline 95

2) 88 diesel-powered cars
