Service phases 1 and 2.

The renovation project is the Wingertsbergschule (elementary school) in Lorsch in the Bergstrasse district in southern Hesse. The property is close to the Lorsch Abbey, a World Heritage Site. The primary school is currently attended by around 500 children. As the number of students grows steadily, the school is expected to be seventy-seven in 2022. The arrangement of the existing buildings on the 9,500 m 2 However, large areas only allow expansion to seven trains to a limited extent, so that in October 2018 the school authorities, school authorities and the city of Lorsch decided to split the school into two separate locations.

The location on the "Ingertsberg", for which a specialist engineer for the HLS + ELT technical equipment and a specialist engineer for structural engineering are to be sought in this procedure, is to be planned in four stages.

The other location at the Werner-von-Siemens school is planned in 3 separate steps using an independent process.

The Wingertsberg School needs a fundamental structural and energetic renovation. The individual buildings were examined by the architects commissioned with the planning with regard to the cost-effectiveness of the renovation and replacement building and summarized in a comprehensive inventory analysis.

The listed old building (approx. 1,960 m 2 ) will be renovated accordingly. The components C (approx. 940 m 2 ) + D (approx. 930 m 2 ; Built in 1961) were renovated in 2002 and 2012. The cafeteria (approx. 345 m 2 ) was added in 2010 with care rooms. The components management (approx. 330 m 2 ) and pavilions (approx. 380 m 2 ; Year of construction 1961) are in a very poor structural condition and will be replaced by a new connection between the old building and component C due to their unfavorable location on the property. Including the installation of an elevator, this could guarantee the accessibility of the entire building. The sports hall (approx. 1,470 m 2 ; Year of construction 2012) and the classroom container (approx. 30 m 2 ; Year of construction 2018) were built as an interim measure for the growing number of students and are not affected by the renovation. The garages (approx. 35 m 2 ) are not part of the renovation.

Various pollutants were identified through a pollutant examination. An in-depth investigation to determine the quantities of pollutants and the development of a corresponding disposal concept is still being carried out.

State of the building HLS technology:

The drinking water installation of the cafeteria / serving kitchen built in 2011 must be checked by the specialist planner with regard to hygiene requirements (VDI 6023).

In addition, neither the cafeteria nor the kitchen is mechanically ventilated. This should also be checked. For the gym built in 2011, the drinking water installation with regard to hygiene in accordance with VDI6023 and the ventilation system (farmer optimized) in accordance with VDI6022 and compliance with the fire protection regulations should also be checked by the specialist planner. If the requirements for the individual trades are not met, they have to be rescheduled.

The HLKS installation is dependent on all other buildings. A complete renovation must be carried out here. This includes the heat supply for all buildings on site, ventilation systems - if necessary - as well as the plumbing trade for new and old buildings.

The new GFA is determined as part of the planning. KG 300 approx.6.75 million EUR gross, KG 400 approx.3.5 million EUR gross. Planning is expected to start in May / June 2020.
