The subject of the contract must meet the requirements of the Act of 6 September 2001 - Pharmaceutical Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1977, as amended). The order must be executed in accordance with the requirements set out in this SWZ, and the Draft provisions of the contract (hereinafter referred to as PPU).
