Winter maintenance of county roads in the winter season 2023/2024 – Myślenice poviat

The subject of the contract is winter maintenance of district roads in the winter season 2023/2024 divided into parts - tasks consisting in maintaining passability on county roads administered by the District Roads Authority in Myślenice in the winter, in accordance with the adopted standard by combating winter slipperiness, snow removal and roughening of the road surface, islands with asylum, bus squares and bays, sidewalks and parking lots (task No. 3), monitoring and patrolling of roads as well as post-winter cleaning of sidewalks, islands with asylum and bridges. Post-winter pavement cleaning includes cleaning of all debris and grass along the entire length and width of sidewalks and cleaning the roadway at curbs and drainage (curb drainage).

Task no. 1 - Municipality of Myślenice-North

The order includes winter maintenance of district roads with a total length of 22.4 km in the municipality of Myślenice-północ, consisting in maintaining the passability on these roads in the winter, in accordance with the adopted standard by combating winter slipperiness, snow removal and road roughening, monitoring and patrolling roads, as well as post-winter cleaning. Post-winter cleaning of sidewalks includes cleaning of all dirt and grass sidewalks along the entire length and width and cleaning of the roadway at curbs and drainage (curb sewage). As part of the ZUD service, the Contractor is obliged to perform telephone duty, as well as to patrol the places covered by the contract and be on duty with equipment (monitoring and readiness to perform the service). The Contractor will be obliged to remain ready to perform the ZUD service throughout the AZUD period. The customer will use the GPS system. Standards of winter road maintenance - according to the standards given in Annex 3 to the SWZ. Maintenance of passability on the roads will be carried out using the contractor's own materials, the value of which is included in the price of the service. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor has fully operational equipment required in SST. The Contractor may not submit the equipment required by the Contracting entity for the performance of the service, submitted for one task, to another task for which it submits a bid. In the case of extremely unfavorable and unstable weather conditions / wind and blizzards / it is permissible to deviate from the maintenance in accordance with the accepted rules for snow removal and combating black ice. Winter slippery - a phenomenon occurring on the road as a result of the formation of a layer of ice, glaciated or compacted ice on the surface. Elimination of slipperiness consists in its prevention and removal by sprinkling with roughening material - slag, sand and a mixture of these materials with salt. Thick layers of ice or glaciated compacted snow should be removed mechanically. Residues in the form of thin ice layers can be removed by the use of salt mixtures and the continuous use of road surface roughening and mechanical collection. In winter road maintenance, appropriate methods should be used to prevent slippery or eliminate slippery conditions, depending on the type of expected or already formed slipperiness, appropriate methods should be used, as well as doses and granulations of roughening materials (slag, sand) and mixtures with salt.
