The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from real estate on which residents reside in the commune of Tuszyn, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, as well as executive acts, as well as the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Lodzkie Voivodship and local law, valid at the time of the contract, in particular: specifying the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste, by keeping the rules of maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune of Tuszyn. The subject of the contract includes the provision of a service consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste arising on residential real estate on which municipal waste is generated, in the commune of Tuszyn, in accordance with applicable regulations in this respect. The subject of the contract includes the collection of waste from single-family and multi-family residential real estate, from a Selective Waste Collection Point and from pharmacy outlets.
