1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity for the Olsztyn Group represented by the Olsztyn Commune for the needs of the operation of buildings and commercial premises, supply of technological devices, street lighting and traffic lights.
2. Sale of electricity will take place to the Purchaser facilities (listed in Annex 7 to the ToR) under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws 2019 item 755) and the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code (Journal of Laws 2019 item 1145) and executive provisions issued on their basis.
3. The list of recipients included in the order together with the invoice buyer data (in accordance with the so-called VAT centralization) as well as the division into final recipients and payers of excise tax is attached as Appendix 8 to the ToR.

Estimated amount of energy supplied (+/- 10%) in the delivery period 14 796 600 kWh (14,796.6 MWh), including energy accounted for:
- 24 hours a day or a flat rate: 898 200 kWh (888.2 MWh)
- In day / peak areas: 4,815,000 kWh (4,815.0 MWh)
- In the night / off-peak zone: 9 083 400 kWh (9 083.4 MWh)
During the entire term of the contract, the Contractor will be required to have a valid general contract for the provision of electricity distribution services with a local distribution system operator operating on the premises of electricity consumption points listed in Annex 7 to the ToR.
Detailed data on electricity consumption points: name, address, PPE number, local DSO, tariff group, contracted capacity, reduced contractual power (seasonal), forecasted energy volume in the contract period, information on sales start date, name of current energy seller and type collection are presented in Annex 7 to the ToR.
The Contractor is obliged to have, throughout the term of the contract, a policy or other document of civil liability insurance in respect of business activities related to the subject of the contract for an amount not less than the Contractor's offer price / gross / in a given part of the contract.
The Contracting Authority undertakes to provide the Contractor with a power of attorney to carry out the procedure of changing the electricity supplier for all collection points listed in Annex 7 to the ToR.
Estimated amount of energy supplied (+/- 10%) during the delivery period 112 764 800 kWh (112 764,8 MWh), including energy accounted for:
24-hour or flat-rate: 33 692 240 kWh (33 692,24 MWh)
- In day / peak time: 7 108 986 kWh (7 108,986 MWh)
- In the night / off-peak zone: 11,426,975 kWh (11,426.974 MWh)
- In the morning peak zone: 13 687 100 kWh (13 687.1 MWh)
- In the afternoon peak zone: 8 492 400 kWh (8,442.4 MWh)
- Other hours of the day: 38 357 100 kWh (38 357.1 MWh)
