The purpose of the procurement is that SALAR, by entering into a framework agreement with a supplier, receives professional and cost-effective support regarding the management and development of Sitevision solutions.

The goal of this procurement is for SALAR to establish a usable framework agreement that effectively supports SALAR's need for external expertise throughout the framework agreement period.

The procurement concerns consultancy support for SALAR's existing Sitevision solutions and the development of new solutions.

SKR estimates that the total value of contracts amounts to approximately SEK 1.5 million, excluding VAT per year. The maximum ceiling for the total possible framework agreement period (i.e. including all possible extensions) is SEK 7 million excluding VAT. When the maximum ceiling is reached, the framework agreement ceases to apply.

SKR does not guarantee any volume nor any exclusivity/exclusivity.

The real need may be greater or less than estimated. During the framework agreement period, changes may occur based on political decisions, operational/organizational changes, etc. that may affect the need, volumes and number of contract users.
