New construction of a residential complex with 157 residential units
The construction sites WA 1.1 and WA 1.2 are planned separately, but are adjacent to each other. The buildings on each construction site consist of an underground car park connecting the basement floors and 3 high-rise buildings E + 2 and E + 3 respectively. The floor plans are rectangular. Construction site WA1.1 accommodates 76 residential units and WA1.2 73 residential units. The construction site WA 6.2 is adjacent to WA1.1 and consists of a building with a basement, ground floor and upper floor. In building G, 8 residential units are arranged.
The construction sites WA 1.1, WA 1.2 and WA 6.2 are planned separately in terms of construction, but are adjacent to each other, so that one construction site equipment is sufficient. The execution of the construction sites is staggered - at the same time. Note: For internal management reasons (economic units), the building plots are separated into titles.
