1. The subject of the contract is to perform the function of investor supervision inspector over the construction of dowels in the Ślemień forestry as part of a project financed by the European Union entitled "A comprehensive project of adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change - small retention and prevention of water erosion in mountain areas", implemented under the Operational Program Infrastructure and Environment in the financial perspective 2014-2020.
2. Location of the investment: commune - Ślemień: village - Ślemień, forest: forestry - Ślemień.
3. Investor's supervision will include the construction of round wood fixings with a total length of 2,720 m. in 9 (nine) sections in the following forestry divisions Ślemień, respectively:
1) Branch 202d - 115 mb,
2) Branch 203c - 290 mb,
3) Branch 127c - 225 mb,
4) Branch 125f - 200 mb,
5) Branch 124fg - 700 mb,
6) Branch 122b - 200 mb,
7) Branch 123c - 515 mb,
8) Branch 170a - 105 mb,
9) Branch 171ab - 370 mb.

3) Branch 127c - 225 mb,
4) Branch 125f - 200 mb,
5) Branch 124fg - 700 mb,
6) Branch 122b - 200 mb,
7) Branch 123c - 515 mb,
8) Branch 170a - 105 mb,
9) Branch 171ab - 370 mb.
3. The tasks of the contractor as part of the investor's supervision include:
1) Checking project documentation for completeness of design solutions and compliance with applicable regulations and standards and approving its implementation.
2) Agreeing, during the execution of the works, the necessary changes in the design documentation with the designer, contracting authority and contractor of works.
3) Technical supervision in the scope of works included in the task.
4) Agreeing with the principal the fundamental matters affecting the quality, deadline and costs of implementing the subject of the contract.
5) Checking and approving the calculation of works and invoices provided by the contractor.
6) Preparation for partial acceptance and final acceptance of the investment, including: collecting and completing as-built documentation, collecting necessary technical acceptance certificates, tests and installation and functional measurements, performing pre-acceptance inspections, participating in the final acceptance commission conducted by the client.
7) Settlement of the final investment in the scope of performed works included in the task.
8) Controlling construction quantitative accounts.
4. The service of performing the function of an investor supervision inspector concerns a task according to the following description of construction works.
Construction of dowels in the forestry Ślemień, i.e. construction of round wood dowels in nine sections with a total length of 2,720 m. The expansion width is 3.2 m, the expansion is to be made by laying round timber without bark, 12-24 cm in diameter, on a previously prepared substrate, and then covered with native soil 5 cm thick. Coniferous wood, i.e. spruce, fir, pine, larch, is to be used for building expansion joints. To stabilize the expansion joint, a 5 to 5 m long wooden beam is planned to be laid every 5 m with its sheeting.
The scope of works includes the following works:
- reconstruction of the route axis and delineation of works 2,720 mb,
- mechanical grubbing up of bushes 0.392 ha,
- mechanical grubbing of trunks 177 pcs.,
- clearing the area of grubbing up residues 2,610 m
- removal of the fertile soil layer gr. 15 cm, 8704 m
- spreading of fertile soil 1 305.6 m
- earthworks 813.3 m
- hand-made troughs for 139.2 m expansion joints
- mechanical execution of troughs for 1 761.5 m expansion joints
- shaping of watercourse passages under the dilatory 25.84 m
- installation of round wood chip in uncorked 1 263.45 m
- nailing of stabilizing posts 2,136 pcs,
- backfilling the dilated layer of soil from native soil, thickness: 5 cm, 435.2 m
- other works not mentioned above necessary to perform the contract,
- as-built geodetic documentation.
