Description:
Technical fire protection rehabilitation Gymnasium Marne

Specialist planning Technical equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI, ALG 4.5 and 8, LPH 1-9.

Extensive renovation work on high and low current cabling is to be carried out at the site of the Marne Gymnasium. Over the past few years, the existing infrastructure has been expanded very heterogeneously according to the state of the art at the time. The planned refurbishment measures are intended to upgrade the entire site technically and in terms of fire protection according to the current state of the art. Obsolete cables and lines of power cabling will be replaced; the IT network of the classrooms and administration has to be restructured (fixed cabling and WLAN), and a bus system for communicating current and future building automation, including the control center, is to be set up. An existing fire protection concept is currently being revised and will be available at the start of planning. The resulting structural changes, such as changes in the orientation of the cable roads, the containment of existing wall openings, are to be machinedingly planned.

To this end, design offices are invited to participate in the competition, which cover the technical equipment performance performance of 55 HOAI and which have implemented similar measures in the past. Performance phases 1-9 in plant groups 4.5 and 8 should be edited. The assignment will be carried out in stages. The client reserves the right to award only a part of the basic service from the aforementioned performance models.

The total construction costs of KG 400 are estimated at approximately EUR 1 041 213.30 net.

The following procedure is carried out:

In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to participate and submit the application with the required evidence.

In phase 2, the requests to participate will be checked and the number of admitted applicants will be limited.

Phase 2 applicants will be invited to negotiate separately.

The allocation of planning services acc. HOAI is gradual.

Procedure-related award documents are available on the e-award platform for the procedure at http://www.e-vergabe-sh.de/vergabekonto/bekanntmachungen/.
