This contract includes:

- location,

— delivery of copiers (unpacking, evacuation of packaging),

— installation, commissioning copiers,

— the training of administrators and users

— maintenance of photocopiers from the date of commissioning,

— the supply of consumable products (excluding paper) and the recovery of consumer consumables,

— removal of copiers at the end of the market.

If the framework agreement allows the performance of the services defined above, the performance of the services shall be subject to the issuance of an order form. If the framework agreement does not permit the performance of the above defined services, the performance of the services shall be conditional on the award of subsequent contracts as the buyer's needs are identified.
