The purpose of this tendering procedure is to conclude a Framework Agreement with a minimum number of three undertakings, if possible, which shall provide the maintenance service of the boilerwork of transport and wastewater treatment facilities within the scope of the Master Plan for Sanitation of the Rivers of Navarra which is I commissioned them for NILSA.
