1. The object of the order is: Maintaining cleanliness and greenery in the territory of Ostrów Mazowiecka.
2. The following tasks shall be included in the scope of the work subject to the contract:
1) Task I: Omiatanie and clearing streets, walking and bicycle lanes and pavements in the territory of the city of Ostrów Mazowiecka;
2) Task II: Removal of impurities from garbage cans set up in the territory of the city of Ostrów Mazowiecka;
3) Task III: Stripping the slopes of viaducts and drainage ditches;
5) Task IV: Mowing weeds and grasses from road lanes;
6) Task V: Care of greenery in the city of Ostrów Mazowiecka;
7) Task VI: Ongoing maintenance of municipal and internal category roads in the city of Ostrów Mazowiecka;
8) Task VII: Winter maintenance of roadways, streets, pavements, parking lots, squares, bicycle paths and pedestrian and bicycle routes in the city of Ostrów Mazowiecka.
3. The detailed scope of the Contractor's duties and rights is defined in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter referred to as the "SOPZ"), Appendices 1-3 to the SOPZ and the contract template.
4. The Contracting Authority recommends that a local vision be carried out in the field in order to properly prepare the offer and the proper execution of the order. The costs of making a local vision will be borne by the Contractor
Due to the limitation of the amount of data entered into the advertisements - circumstances resulting from technical limitations, beyond the control of the Contracting Authority - it is not possible to include all the necessary information in the advertisement. Each of the Contractors submitting a bid is obliged to attach: the Single European Procurement Document (ESPD), Declaration of non-exclusion pursuant to Article 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014, Declaration of Joint Contractors (if applicable), Power of attorney (if applicable), Original bid bond document in sureties or guarantees (if applicable) and the obligation of third parties to make available the necessary resources (applicable only if the Contractor relies on the capabilities or situation of other entities in accordance with the rules set out in Article 118 of the Public Procurement Act). A contractor that refers to the resources of other entities in order to demonstrate that there are no grounds for exclusion against them and that the conditions for participation in the procedure are met, to the extent that it refers to their resources, shall also submit the Single European Procurement Documents of these entities. When drawing up the ESPD in Part IV: 'Eligibility Criteria', you may limit yourself to completing Section α 'General statement of all eligibility criteria', without completing the other sections in Part IV.
