Project: Conversion, renovation and extension of the former Lenzbräu building into an intercultural family and civic centre in Kemnath

The listed building “Lenzbräu” is the oldest brewhouse in the district and dates from 1677.

The building is to be used as an intercultural family and civic center in the future. It houses the rooms of the city library and the “Mittendrin” family center.

The tendered service includes the roof insulation work with foam glass insulation as well as the associated secondary waterproofing work.
