1. The task includes comprehensive banking services for the budget of the City of Chorzów and its organizational units in the years 2019–2024 together with an overdraft facility.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract as well as the requirements and rules for the implementation of the contract are in the ToR.

3. The procedure is conducted in the form of an open tender with an estimated value above the amount specified in the regulations issued on the basis of art. 11 paragraph 8 of the PPL Act with the application of art. 24aa. the so-called. reverse procedure.

a) Opening and maintaining bank accounts;

b) Performing the following services and activities for the Employer;

c) Issuing and handling payment cards;

d) Withdrawals using prepaid payment cards;

e) Handling payments using an automatic cash register;

f) Support for mass payments;

g) Granting to the Employer a revolving overdraft facility agreement in each year;

h) Keeping a consolidated account;

i) Interest on bank accounts;

j) Placing free funds.
