Passenger surveys are to be carried out with electronic recording devices according to the catalog of questions specified by the client. The interviews must be checked for plausibility. The personnel required for the surveys must be recruited, trained and supervised on site by the contractor during the surveys.

The verified survey results are to be electronically transferred to the client in a structure specified by the client.
