The Assignment comprises the delivery, implementation and maintenance of a system or solution (software and / or services) that is specifically designed to digitally support the entire paperless Meeting process, including its functional and technical management.

This solution supports paperless meetings at the Participant. This means more than just not printing the meeting documents, the organization around a Meeting should also be able to support this solution.

The Framework Agreement is concluded for the benefit of the educational and research institutions participating in the Tender in the Netherlands. The scope of the assignment is further described in the Descriptive document.
