The object of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste arising

in the territory of the municipality of Bądkowo in the period from 01.01.2022r. — 31.12.2022r.

The scope of the contract includes:

1. Receipt and management of municipal waste from owners of inhabited property

single-family and multi-family buildings:

- mixed (non-segregated) waste collected in containers and bags, including residues from segregation of waste at the sites of formation,

- waste collected selectively by division into: paper, glass, metals and plastics, biodegradable waste (household waste + green waste), ash collected in containers and bags in places of formation,

- waste collected selectively by division into: furniture waste and other large-sized waste

(2 once a year), consumed electrical and electronic equipment (2 once a year),

2. Delivery of bags for selective collection, directly to inhabited properties.

1. Estimated for collection and development from inhabited properties of waste during the period of execution of the order — approximately 1114 Mg.

The above data have been prepared with due care, however, these are often approximate values.

The amount of waste generated in the territory of the municipality of Bądkowo on the land of real estate inhabited by the inhabitants of the municipality is not dependent on the Ordering Party.

The quantities fixed shall be estimated and subject to change according to the actual needs of the Ordering Party.

2. Fractions of waste and method of receipt

Type of waste that is the subject of the contract:

The Contractor will receive and use directly from the property inhabited the following types of municipal waste:

(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and waste remaining after selection,

(b) paper and cardboard,

(c) glass waste,

(d) plastics, metals and multi-aerial packaging,

(e) biowaste,

(f) ash

(g) furniture waste and other large-sized waste (2 once a year),

(h) consumed electrical and electronic equipment (2 once a year),

3. The service will take place for a period of 12 months starting from 01.01.2022.

4. The Contractor shall be obliged to systematically collect, residues from segregated and non-segregated (mixed) prepared for collection in containers directly from inhabited property. and bags, displayed next to containers as well as free access dumpster pergolas.

5.The contractor under remuneration is obliged to provide during the course of the contract the owners of the property bags for selective collection of selected factions, which will be transferred to the residents of the municipality on each receipt, in the same quantity and type as they were received (the price of the bag included in the unit price). In addition, the Contractor shall deliver 300 pieces per quarter per faction to the Bądkowo Municipality Office.

6.The Contractor shall be obliged to sort out the contaminated site as a result of the waste being disposed at the time of receipt.
