The subject of the contract is the provision of transport services to the Municipality of Inowrocław.
Detailed parameters of the item of the order are included in Annex 8 to the content of the SWZ (detailed description of the subject of the order).
The item of the order is divided into parts. The description of the part is specified in Section II, point 2 of the SWZ.
The provision of services in the field of public transport (municipal communication) to the Municipality of Inowrocław in the period up to 31.12.20221. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of public transport (municipal communication) to the Municipality of Inowrocław in the period up to 31.12.2022.
2. The Municipal Communication Agreement concerns the performance of public public transport services on the following communication lines:
1) Line P — Inowrocław — Piotrkowice via Krusza Zamkowa, Krusza Podlotowa, Żalinowo;
2) Line G — Inowrocław — Karczyn-Wieś via Sikorowo, Łojewo, Pławinek, Góra;
3) Line D — Inowrocław — Balczewo via Jacewo, Turzany, Sunsko, Marcinkowo, Komaszyce.
3. Detailed distribution of all bus routes together with timetables of communication lines at the date of conclusion of the contract are set out in Annex No 9 to the SWZ.
4. The Contracting Authority shall require that the Contractor provide transport services on the communication lines described in point 2, using buses:
1) large, with a total seating and standing capacity equal to or greater than 75;
2. averages with a total seating and standing capacity equal to or greater than 39 and;
3) small with a total seating and standing capacity equal to or greater than 20.
The exact requirements of the Contracting Authority for vehicles operating municipal communications are set out in Annex 11 to the SIWZ.
5. The estimated range of transport work which may be increased or reduced for public collective transport during the term of the contract will be 100905 carriages. The transport work plan is set out in Annex 10 to the SIWZ.
The provision of services in the field of transport of pupils to schools for the benefit of the Municipality of Inowrocław1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of transport of students to schools for the benefit of the Municipality of Inowrocław.
2. Detailed distribution of all bus routes together with the timetables of the line at the date of conclusion of the contract are set out in Annex No 9 to the SIWZ.
3. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor provide transport services using buses whose capacity will be adjusted to the current demand of the Ordering Party.
4. The exact requirements of the Contracting Authority for vehicles serving students in schools are set out in Annex 11 to the SIWZ.
5. The estimated range of transport work which may be increased or reduced for school communications during the term of the contract will be 170712 carriage kilometres. The transport work plan is set out in Annex 10 to the SIWZ.
The provision of services in the field of additional journeys to the Municipality of Inowrocław1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services for additional journeys to the Municipality of Inowrocław.
2. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor provide transport services using buses whose capacity will be adjusted to the current demand of the Ordering Party.
4. The Contracting Authority's exact requirements for vehicles operating additional journeys are set out in Annex 11 to the SIWZ.
5. The estimated range of transport work which may be increased or reduced in respect of additional communications during the term of the contract will be 80000 carriages.
6. The Contractor, when calculating additional journeys, should include in the proposed rates the incursion of transport costs, parking charges and other necessary charges on the carrier. The cost of the Ordering Party in the case of additional transport is only the cost of the carriage unit indicated by the Contractor in the tender form. In case of several days, the Ordering Party will also cover the costs associated with the accommodation and catering of drivers. The remaining costs are the costs of the Contractor.
7. In addition, in the separate box indicated in the tender form, the Contractor shall present the calculation of the coach stop in the event of such a stop (for one-day trips up to 70 km round-trip). In other cases, the parking fee shall be borne by the Contractor.
