Contracting entities provides a framework agreement with one supplier for the provision of facility services. The Framework Agreement targets the activities of the contracting entity in transmission and can be used by this part of the contracting organisation alone.
The benefits consist of providing qualified personnel for cleaning and maintaining the facilities of the Contracting Regions at the level and scope required by the Contracting Regions.
The work is managed by the Entity and includes both planned and spontaneously originated tasks of all kinds related to cleaning and maintaining the contracting facility.
In addition, the bidder must be able to provide experienced staff for other practical ad hoc tasks of a lesser extent primarily at the contracting head office Roskildevej 175, 2620 Albertslund, such as setting up whiteboards, hanging of knobs, moving furniture and other fixtures in connection with office relocation and the like. Ad hoc tasks can only be initiated by agreement with the Contracting Registrar.

Contracting entities will continuously and, as necessary, draw on the Framework Agreement. This is an exclusive framework agreement for cleaning tasks, cf. Annex 2 — Specific working description headings 2 and 3. Contracting entities are thus obliged to apply the Framework Agreement with regard to these benefits. As regards maintenance tasks such as trimming trees and v., as well as the practical ad hoc tasks, cf. Annex 2 — Special Working Description subheadings 4, 5 and 6 are not an exclusive framework agreement and thus contracting entities are not required to apply the Framework Agreement.
