Structural engineer services for the construction of the day care center OG Puderbach.

The contract comprises the structural planner services of the performance phase 1-6 of § 51 HOAI in connection with Annex 14. Sectional and stepwise commissioning is envisaged.

The commissioning takes place in performance levels:

a) Initially, only the basic services of work phases 1 to 4 will be commissioned;

b) The customer may commission the following basic services of service phases 5 and 6 - in whole or in part - in one or more additional service levels by written declaration to the contractor. A legal claim of the contractor for commissioning with further services beyond the contractually stipulated scope of services does not exist.

It is the modular planning of a daycare in the local community Puderbach. Initially, four groups will be built, but an extension by a fifth and sixth group is to be planned and taken into account in the structural design. The energy standard should reach passive house standard. For more details see Annex 10 (Specifications).

The individual planning services are awarded in separate procurement procedures. In parallel with this invitation to tender, there will be a call for tenders for architectural services and planning services for the technical equipment.
