Description:
Purchase and distribution of gas fuel for the purposes of the facilities of the organizational units of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship (coplex contract)

1. The object of the contract is the purchase and distribution of gas fuel for the purposes of the facilities of the organizational units of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship (comprehensive agreement).

2. The subject of the contract covers the supply of gas fuel and the provision of distribution services under the terms laid down in the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended) and implementing acts issued pursuant to it.

3. The detailed scope of the subject of the order shall include the Description of the Order Subject (OPZ), which is Annex 7 to the Specification of the relevant terms of the contract.

1. The object of the contract is the purchase and distribution of gas fuel for the purposes of the facilities of the organizational units of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship (comprehensive agreement). The subject of the contract must meet the requirements set out in the following legal regulations: the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716 as amended) and the Notice of the Minister of Energy of 16 May 2018 on the promulgation of the uniform text of the Regulation Minister of the Economy on the detailed conditions of the operation of the gas system (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1158) and the regulation of the Minister of Energy of 21 September 2018amending the Regulation on the specific conditions of the functioning of the gas system (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1814) and Act of 6 December 2008 on excise duty (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 722).

2. 40 gas consumption points with a volume (estimated consumption over the term of the contract) of 33,254,933 kWh belonging to the entities indicated in Chapter IV, point 4 of SWZ.

3. The Contractor is obliged to fulfil the order under the terms and conditions described in the OPZ constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ and in the template of the contract constituting Annex No 6 to the SWZ.

4. The detailed scope of the subject of the order shall include the Description of the Order Subject (OPZ), constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ.
