The city of Pinneberg is planning a separate extension to the existing school building for the Rübekamp primary school in Pinneberg. To implement the new building, existing residential buildings, which are in the hands of the city of Pinneberg, will be dismantled.

The new building will be built as a separate 2-storey building without a cellar on Schauenburgerstraße with an internal patio (inner courtyard) in solid construction. The outer walls are given a multi-layer wall structure with a clinker shell and continuous honrizontal pilaster tape.

The sustainable building planning was based on the motto "School has a role model function". which is why sustainable materials are also used and the intended flat roof is greened.

The federal government's guidelines for sustainable building must be observed.

The service includes the roof waterproofing work including the execution of the planned roof structure and the attics to be trained. The roof is to be designed as a 0° roof with extensive green roofing. Part of the design also includes the positioning and sealing of on-site TGA installations, as well as the design of skylights, SHEV skylights, roof hatch with telescopic ladder and substructures for two on-site ventilation units, as well as the design of a securant system, designed for the cross-section of the roof structure.

In addition to roofing work, plumbing work is also part of the service. The drainage of the flat roof is planned as a main emergency-combined drainage with a total of six inlet points. What is special about the design is that the downpipes are carried out within the insulation level, behind the clinker masonry. Due to the planned drainage system, appropriate inspection openings of the standpipes in the area of the clinker façade must also be carried out, which are routed through the façade in the area of the emergency drainage. Part of the service is also the connection of the rainwater pipes to the ground drainage pipes on the property.

The construction site access is via Schauenburgerstraße, via the existing parking space of the Rübekamp sports hall.

The primary school will continue to teach throughout the entire construction period. If necessary, there may be individual votes for the execution during the school operation.
