Cannock Chase CCG and Stafford & Surrounds CCG commission health services for around 276 000 residents and are inviting expressions of interest from providers to deliver a Community Mental Health Service to be based in a number of locations in Stafford & Surrounds and within Cannock.

The Provider shall provide a choice of culturally appropriate NICE1 compliant IAPT interventions, based on the Stepped Care Model levels 1, 2 & 3.

The Service shall provide Short term psychological interventions including cognitive behaviour therapies (CBT) as recommended within NICE guidelines, other ‘talking' therapies and other evidence based care and support. Co-ordinating care with other services such as physical care services and drug and alcohol where service users have multiple care and support needs

The successful provider will be required to sign the relevant national NHS contract for the service, accepting all terms and conditions.
