The municipality of Stuhr is planning to build an indoor swimming pool that will cover the needs of municipal services of general interest for schools and clubs and offer use for all generations.

The municipality of Stuhr intends to implement the project with a sustainable CO2-neutral energy concept. The Schützenplatz in Brinkum was chosen as the location. The total area of the plot is 15,603 m² for the indoor swimming pool and the required parking spaces.

The municipality of Stuhr is expected to have the subsequent construction work carried out by sole proprietors on the basis of the service descriptions with specifications to be drawn up.

In order to prepare for the planning and site supervision of the overall measure, the municipality of Stuhr intends to award the tasks of the general planning service within the framework of this award procedure.

The following services become part of the order:

• Planning services (LP 1 – 9) for buildings and interiors in accordance with §§ 33 ff. HOAI.

• Planning services for outdoor facilities (LP 1 - 9)

• Planning services for structural engineering (LP 1 - 9) including structural fire protection

• Planning services for technical equipment (LP 1 - 9)
