The Common Eurosystem Pricing Hub (CEPH) is a joint product of the Banque de France (BdF) and the Deutsche Bundesbank (BBk) and carries out the daily valuation of marketable assets on behalf of the Eurosystem.

The subject of the tender is the system service of the individual software CEPH NABS, which essentially includes the technical operation on the BdF Cloud "ECLAIR" and the further development of CEPH NABS. This also includes all interfaces and system configurations that are necessary for the operation of CEPH NABS with regard to the IT infrastructure. The call for tenders also includes advisory services for the Banque de France that can be called up if required.
