The purpose of this contract is to take samples and/or carry out tests.

It is carried out in the geographical area of the Direction des Routes de Namur and the municipalities that are members of the central purchasing body.

The contract constitutes a framework agreement, within the meaning of Article 2, 35° and Article 43 of the Law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement.

It also constitutes a central purchasing body within the meaning of Article 2, 6° and 7° b) and Article 47 of the Law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement.

The services are performed on:

- the road network (non-structuring) under the Walloon Region on which the Direction des Routes de Namur intervenes

- the road network under the responsibility of the municipal administration located in the Walloon Region and a member of the central purchasing body, in the context of road works;

- the non-structuring road network under the Walloon Region, for which the Road Technology Directorate requests a test.

The total estimated value is the total value of the initial contract.

Orders from the Directorates or municipalities concerned will have as their object the following services:

1. Travel to the place of collection;

2. The taking of samples;

3. Conducting in situ tests;

4. The delivery of samples to the laboratory;

5. The delivery of samples to the Road Engineering Directorate;

6. Carrying out laboratory tests;

7. The production of a test report in accordance with the standards;

8. The production of test results in the form of a standard table (in Excel format) shall be mandatory for the tests covered by those tables.

The inventory defines the technical conditions for carrying out sampling and/or testing.
