The purpose of the contract is to entrust the management of the services to be carried out within the framework of project management assistance to the DLA / SDS / SM service in the fields of “Measurement systems”.

The Ground Development Sub-division (SDS) of the Launchers Department (DLA) of CNES provides project management and delegated project management for the ground resources of launch systems.

As part of the Maintenance Plan in Operational Conditions (PMCO) projects, the CSG-New Generation of the Guyanese Space Center, Soyuz, VEGA, Ariane 5 and Ariane 6, the ground sub-division of CNES is responsible for the design, supply and implementation of “ground segment” systems essential for launch operations.

Many activities are underway for these different projects.

The DLA / SDS / SM team must delegate certain engineering tasks of its responsibility to companies specializing in the corresponding fields.

The purpose of this consultation is to select a company to take charge of these tasks in the "Measurement systems" area within the framework of projects delegated to the SDS by the European Space Agency.

These are mainly projects:

- Ariane 6,

- VEGA,

- ARTA / LEAP,

- PMCO - CSG NG,

- Themis,

- Callisto,

- micro-launchers.

Beyond the classic project support tasks, the services requested will be based for each of the projects concerned on the consideration of all or part of the following tasks:

- participation in the development of technical specifications,

- participation in the pre-dimensioning of the subsystems,

- participation in the establishment of a production schedule,

- participation in the analysis of industrial technical files,

- monitoring of execution studies and industrial achievements,

- definition and updating of interface specifications,

- definition and participation in system tests,

- participation in reviews,

- software development monitoring,

- monitoring of the development of measurement system (s),

- management of the technical platform "Measurement system" & validation of POC.

The installation of this project will be located on the territory of the Guyanese space center in Kourou and the services to be carried out at the Toulouse space center and industrial monitoring in Europe.
