NIBIO has a continuous requirement for purchasing measurement technical equipment, such as loggers with accompanying sensors to Research and Development projects, as well as monitoring projects. Typical monitoring projects are field assignments in connection with development projects in the transport sector where the amount of water — water quality and meteorological parameters shall be registered.

Another different and large part of the contract is the delivery of equipment for monitoring cultural monuments in both saturated and unsaturated zones. NIBIO wishes to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier with long experience from equivalent deliveries, and high competence in the measurment technical equipment area. A description of the delivery is further described in annex A; requirement specification.

The assignments will, to a large degree, vary from project to project. NBIO therefore wishes to engage suppliers that can deliver the equipment in accordance with the varying requirements, and that can provide easily good adapted solutions. The suppliers shall not only deliver the equipment, but also function as consultants for the contracting authority in regards to selecting the right equipment for the job, but also help the contracting authority to see possibilities in a marked in rapid development.

The tenderers must have high professional competence in a wide range of monitoring and registering ground water, sewage water, water quality, and meteorological parameters. This coincides with NIBIO tasks. Set-up and integration/solution for software and communication system for transferring data to the contracting authority's IT-web system/database must be included in the tender. See further description in annex A; the requirement specification. The tenderer must document and give a detailed description in accordance with the stated requirements. The equipment shall comply with the current ISO 9001:2008 specifications.

It is recommended that the tender is submitted well before the deadline for receipt of tenders. In the event that additional information from the Contracting Authority leads to you wanting to revise your tender before the tender deadline expires, you can go in and open the tender, make changes and resubmit right up until the tender deadline expires. The last received tender is regarded as the tender of record. Late tenders will be rejected.
