Agreement Term

Agreement is valid from signing and runs for 12 months. The Cultural Council then unilaterally has the right to extend the agreement one (1) or several times up to a maximum of two (2) years from the signing of the agreement.

Estimated commission start is December 2018.

The procurement is carried out as an open procedure in accordance with Chapter 6. § 2 Act (2016: 1145) on Public Procurement (LOU).
