We draw up a vision and a roadmap for the coming years with the partner to be contracted, which can of course be adjusted along the way. Step-by-step we will develop the following parts of our infrastructure based on this roadmap for this platform:

1. jointly developing the online strategy towards technical realization. Developing a vision of online strategy is not part of the assignment;

2. basic design of a platform based on Craft CMS;

3. development of www.werkenbijrocvantwente.nl in the new CMS and in the current house style;

4. development of www.rocvantwente.nl in Craft, with if necessary revision of content based on vision and strategy ROC and C&M;

5. development of www.vavolyceumvantwente.nl in the new CMS and in the current house style;

6. determine future Lade / Marketing Automation (for example keep it as it is now at Cube, or rebuild in CMS);

7. include other websites in the platform and further develop existing sites.

The scope of the assignment depends on the available budget. For 2021, this budget is EUR 130,000. When the budget for the website is adjusted, the size of the assignment also changes. Tenderers cannot derive any rights from this.
