Security clearance/conflict of interest
Before a person may participate in security-sensitive activities, the Supplier shall use security clearance to test the person's loyalty and reliability from a security point of view. The background check shall cover any person who is to participate in security-sensitive activities, regardless of whether a register check is carried out or not.
Prior to each assignment, a conflict of interest assessment is made as to whether the Framework Agreement Supplier can be judged to be suitable for carrying out the assignment based on the impartiality of the assignment in question. If a conflict of interest situation arises, Arbetsförmedlingen will proceed with the request to the Framework Agreement supplier who is deemed to be impartial in the assignment.

Price per hour
Offered auditors' experience and competences, based on CV and References from at least two previous assignments linked to the described reference assignments, item 4.2.2.
Oral presentation of the assignment carried out by quoted consultants/auditors, item 4.3
The assessment is based on the tender's presentation of the mission statement and the competencies based on the CV.
References and described reference assignments are assessed based on collaborative skills, the work process and the end result.

Acceptable tender grade 1
Inadmissible tender grade 0 and thus direct exclusion from the tendering procedure
