Delivery of beef, pork, pork offal according to the following needs:
1. pork neck b/k - pork element, deboned in the shape of an irregular cylinder; It is located in the front part of the half-carcass, muscle tissue overgrown with fat. Surface clean, smooth, not jagged, without filings, bones, hyperemia, deeper cuts. The neck consists of the main muscles of the neck and part of the muscle of the longest back and part of the long muscles of the head. The bacon is completely removed, the consistency - firm, elastic, the smell - specific, characteristic for fresh meat, the minimum size of pieces, eg from 0.5 kg. Minimum shelf life from the day of delivery: 4 days-1620 kg
2. pork shoulder - the main part of pork - cut off from the half-carcass without skin fold and without vaginal fat, from the bottom of the knuckle cut off at the height of the elbow joint, completely deboned, surface smooth, clean, not frayed, without bone filings, congestion, cuts. Meat fresh, not frozen. Minimum shelf life from the day of delivery: 4 days - 7925 kg
3.Minced pork meat - obtained from fresh lean meat, without the addition of other meats. Not permissible foreign water content, fat content up to 20%. Packed hermetically, chilled, not frozen. Minimum shelf life from the day of delivery: 4 days - 23550kg
4. minced beef - - meat obtained from fresh lean meat, without the addition of other meat. Not permissible foreign water content, fat content up to 20%. Packed hermetically, chilled, not frozen. Minimum shelf life from the day of delivery: 4 days-9210 kg

Goulash beef (class II) - whole trimmings of meat (cubes or strips) without external fat, without tendons and connective tissue, unacceptable meat from heads, tails, legs, ribs, sheets of bacon, groin and other offal of bovine animals. 7. Goulash pork meat (class II) - whole trimmings of meat (cubes or strips) without external fat, without tendons and connective tissue, unacceptable meat from heads, tails, legs, ribs, sheets of bacon, groin and other pork offal. Meat color: pale pink to dark red, hyperemia - unacceptable, lymph nodes - unacceptable, fat color: white with a yellow or cream tint, no chemical impurities, no signs of mold, no microbiological contamination and pathogenic bacteria. Surface clean, without bone filings and congestion. Meat fresh, not frozen. Minimum shelf life from the day of delivery: 4 days- 15060kg
8. Boneless pork loin - a boneless pork element, containing the longest dorsal muscle devoid of adipose tissue, muscle tissue thick, juicy, tender. Surface clean, smooth, not frayed, without bone filings, congestion, cuts. Meat fresh, not frozen. Minimum shelf life from the day of delivery: 4 - 1500kg
9. Pork liver - Surface smooth, slightly shiny and moist; Matting of the liver surface due to partial drying is allowed. Structure slightly granular. Liver clean, without traces of any impurities; thoroughly cleaned of blood clots, brown-cherry color. Firm consistency, specific smell, characteristic of the liver, without signs of infestation and beginning deterioration; unacceptable foreign smell. Minimum shelf life from the day of delivery: 3 days-19320kg
