The district office Lichtenberg of Berlin intends to rehabilitate and expand both existing SK buildings, an elementary school and an integrated secondary school (ISS) at Sandinostraße, 13055 Berlin-Lichtenberg. The two existing porthalls and a MUR building are to be demolished. 2 three-field sports halls as well as required break and outdoor sports spaces have to be erected anew.
Architectural and engineering services for the performance profile of structural engineering in accordance with § 51 HOAI (2021) must be provided for this purpose. The services include service phases 2 to 6 HOAI (2021).

Berlin-Lichtenberg is to be awarded planning services according to HOAI (2021) for structural engineering in accordance with § 51. The services include service phases 2 to 6 HOAI (2021). Performance level 1 will first be commissioned.
The construction site has a total size of approx. 34 680 m
A needs-based GFA is achieved for the existing school building of the primary school, together with the planned 1-5-storey extensions and the existing MEB, and the additional construction volume here amounts to around 2,015 m
In the case of the integrated comprehensive school, there is an additional building volume of around 10,831.50 m for necessary modernizations and functional adjustments in the existing building volume as well as 1-5-storey extensions (assuming that no rooms in the primary school are also used)
The requirements of the sports halls are met due to the double location with 2 3-field halls.
Total construction costs according to DIN 276 of approximately EUR 64,000 (gross) are earmarked for construction measures.
The completion of the new school location is planned for the end of 2028.
The construction project will be realized starting with an open 2-phase realization competition (RPW) for applicant groups of architects and landscape architects.
The client reserves the right to gradually commission individual service sections as an option until the construction work has been completed. There is no legal entitlement to commission the entire service.
The commissioning is based on the valid contract model of the ABau.
