The subject of the contract is "Implementation of draft forest management plans together with forecasts of the environmental impact of these plans for Borne Sulinowo, Czarne Człuchowskie Forest Districts and habitat surveys for Miastko, Warcino Forest Districts".
The Employer reserves the right to change (+/-) up to 200 ha of the development area for each of the projects Forest Plan (hereinafter: PUL) during the works, resulting from changes in the ownership of the forest inspectorate, which, however, will not affect the amount of remuneration.
The works covered by the contract must be carried out in accordance with:

- The Act of 3 October 2008 on disclosure of information
On the environment and its protection, public participation in environmental protection and on environmental impact assessments (Journal of Laws 2019.1712, as amended),
- Ordinance of the Minister of the Environment of November 12, 2012 regarding detailed conditions and procedure for preparing a forest management plan, a simplified forest management plan
And inventory of the state of the forest (Journal of Laws 2012.1302, as amended),
- "Forest management instructions. Warsaw, 2011 "constituting an attachment to the Ordinance No. 55 of the General Director of State Forests of November 21, 2011 on the instructions for forest management, and Ordinance No. 83 of the General Director of State Forests of November 23, 2012 regarding the correction of the Installation Instructions forest,
- Classification of Polish forest soils (CILP 2000),
- guidelines and findings of the Plan Assumptions Commission, jointly
With agreement with the competent authorities referred to in art. 57
I 58 (the abovementioned Act of 3.10.2008) the scope and level of detail of information required in the forecast of environmental impact of the forest management plan,
- protocols of arrangements with the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests or a person designated by him, the Forest District Inspector or a person appointed by him.
After approval by the Director of RDSF.
For forest inspectorates and forestry - specify the detailed data for entering PUL tasks into the State Forests IT System (hereinafter: SILP), including: in area - [ha] (handling and renewal area), mass - [m3] ( total and broad-leaved), detailing chopping (including: I cutting, II, III, IV cutting, not included in the full-time job) and pre-harvesting (including: early thinning -TW, late thinning -TP) and breeding tasks - in tabular arrangement agreed with the Regional Directorate of State Forests.
Required delivery times
- Willingness to receive taxi work:
Stage I - until July 1, 2020 - approx. 30% of the Forest District's area
Stage II - until September 1, 2020 - approx. 30% of the Forest District's area
Stage III - until November 2, 2020 - approx. 40% of the area of the Forest District (all taxation)
- Readiness to receive an inventory of the volume of wood resources: by May 4, 2021,
- Readiness for Technical and Economic Meeting: until September 30, 2021,
- Readiness to receive works related to the implementation of the Numeric Forest Map (hereinafter: LMN) and transfer of the final database for the needs of SILP: by January 3, 2022,
- Submission of the entire study to RDSF in Szczecinek:
Until February 1, 2022
The Purchaser reserves the right to change (+/-) up to 200 ha of the study area for each of the PUL projects
During the performance of works resulting from changes in the ownership of the forest inspectorate, which, however, will be unaffected
On the amount of remuneration.
