Project management mission for the renovation of the Trappes site (78190).

The Trappes site is of an industrial type composed of twelve buildings totaling 50,500 m 2 of built surface on a plot of 77,300 m 2 : offices, laboratories, technical rooms, boiler rooms, TGBT, workshops, parking lots, company restaurant.

The works will include: energy renovation via the facades (exterior doors, insulation and cladding), the energy renovation of buildings is geared towards energy savings; interior renovation; the layout of outdoor spaces; the construction of an amphitheater.

MOP missions, the breakdown of which over each tranche is set out in article 1.13 of the consultation regulations:

- diagnostic studies (rehabilitation or reuse of an existing structure) (DIAG);

- Sketch (ESQ);

- pre-project studies (APS-APD);

- building permit file (PC) & Authorization works (AT) possible;

- Project (Pro);

- Assistance to the contracting authority for the award of works contracts (ACT), including the drafting of the Business Consultation File (DCE);

- Visa for execution and synthesis studies (VISA);

- Direction of the execution of works contracts (DET);

- Assistance to the client during the acceptance operations and during the period of guarantee of perfect completion (AOR).
