The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129 - hereinafter: "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, acquisition and logging and water drainage to be carried out in the Golub-Dobrzyń Forest District in 2019.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding of wood as well as water drainage resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR, which consists of Annex 3.1. - size of works according to activities, Annex 3.2. - difficulty zones and skidding distances and Annex 3.3. - timber harvesting sorting system.

A detailed description of the works included in the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3 and 3.1 to the ToR. The entire order has been divided into 6 lots called packages.
