The objective of this process is to award CCSAP services for a period of four (4) years from 1.7.2019. The CCSAP basically deals with the management of demand and maintenance, as well as project support. The selected provider will be responsible for the management of the services mentioned in the SAP technology as well as their integrations with the rest of the platforms that serve Enagás. The provider needs a very specialized knowledge of SAP platforms, including S / 4 HANA, since they are responsible for coordinating and supervising all new functionality that is added to the existing applications in Enagas.

These services will apply to Enagás' current and future “sapational” systems map, based on SAP technology, which covers the vast majority of the company's support processes, economic-financial, payroll, logistics and pipeline maintenance and plants, as well as their integrations.
