network services• General management of the network under the direction of water-link IT.
• Maintenance, configuration and support of all network related components.
• UTP cabling, Cisco switches, Load Balancers, Checkpoint firewalls, Aerohive wifi and all other network related nodes. Both on MS Azure Cloud and On premise.
• Support in terms of support (24/7) according to SLA.
• Project support according to water-link project method.
data center services• General management of the data centers under the direction of water-link IT.
• Maintenance, configuration and support of all data center related components.
• Servers DELL and HP, VMWare, Storage HP, MS Operating Systems, SCCM, Exchange, AD, GPO, Citrix, Sharepoint online, Backup VEEAM, SQL and Oracle databases and all other data center related components. Both on MS Azure Cloud and On premise.
• On-premise & Azure based SAP Hana environment on HPE hardware (Windows & Linux) in collaboration with and with respect for the current HPE care contract.
• Support in terms of support (24/7) according to SLA.
• Project support according to water-link project method.
workplace management services• IT Service Desk ondersteuning.
• Support at configuration level of the various workplaces under the direction of water-link IT.
• Windows 10, Office 365 and other workplace related applications.
