The Contracting Authority requires employment by the Contractor on the basis of an employment relationship, within the meaning of Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974. Labor Code, persons performing the indicated activities related to the implementation of the contract, i.e. with: signing a contract, long-term financial analysis, launching a loan in the banking system, calculating bank interest due.

The Contracting Authority reserves the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks, i.e. to perform the loan granting service.
