The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity including the sale of electricity and the provision of distribution services for street lighting in the Tuszyn Municipality and municipal facilities in the year 2022. by order is determined by Annex No 1 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority shall act on its own behalf and on the basis of signed Agreements (Agreements for inspection at the premises of the Contracting Authority), on behalf of the organisational units as indicated in Annex No 1 to SWZ:
- Water supply and sewerage plant in Tuszyn,
- Municipal Sports and Leisure Centre in Tuszyn.
1.. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity including the sale of electricity and the provision of distribution services for street lighting in the Tuszyn Municipality and municipal facilities in the year 2022. by order is determined by Annex No 1 to the SWZ.
2. Estimated electricity consumption for individual tariff groups during the period of completion of the order at the Contracting Authority's facilities will be approximately 2 855 491 kWh — Annex No 1 to the SWZ. The projected electricity consumption is indicative and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Contracting Authority to purchase energy in the quantity given. The Contractor will not be entitled to any claim for not collecting an estimated amount of energy by the Ordering Party.
3. The supply of electricity for a new intake point not listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ or for the point where the power gain occurs due to a change in the use of installations and equipment at individual points shall be made on the basis of amendment of Annex No 1 to SWZ — Annex 1 to the Agreement, according to the rules set out in the contract. These amendments are possible only within those tariff groups included in the SWZ and the valuation in the Contractor's offer.

The subject of the contract should be carried out on the basis of a comprehensive agreement referred to in Article 5 (3) and (4) of the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716 as amended). The order should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act and the implementing regulations issued thereto in particular by the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on detailed conditions for the operation of the electricity system (Journal of Laws of 2007, Journal of Laws of 2007 r. No. 93, item 623, as amended) and other legal acts in this field.
5. The energy supplied must meet quality standards, among others, in terms of quality parameters of electricity, quality of customer service and conditions for providing services for transmission and distribution of electricity, network traffic, network operation and use of Electricity system and interconnection, these standards are included in particular in the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 06 March 2019 on detailed rules for the formation and calculation of tariffs and settlements in electricity trading (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 503 of late as amended) and in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on detailed conditions for the operation of the electricity system (Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 93, item 623 as amended).
