Granting and servicing a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 3,000,000.00 for financing in 2023. the planned budget deficit of the local government unit.

1. Loan amount: PLN 3,000,000.00.

2. Loan period: from signing the contract until 31.12.2040

3. Any additional information related to the loan can be found in the annexes to the Terms of Contract (SWZ).

4. All reports, opinions, resolutions are available in the Public Information Bulletin (BIP) on the Ordering Party's website.

5. The calculation should be based on the release of the loan in the following tranches: 1 August 2023 - PLN 1,000,000.00; September 1, 2023 - PLN 1,000,000.00; October 1, 2023 - PLN 1,000,000.00

1. Loan amount - PLN 3,000,000.00

2. Loan period - from the date of signing the contract to 31.12.2040

3. The loan will be released in 2023 up to the amount of PLN 3,000,000.00 (until 31.12.2023) on the basis of a written instruction of the ordering party on the dates and amounts indicated in the above-mentioned instructions.

5. The principal will be repaid monthly, until the end of each month, with a grace period for repayment of the first installment until 30 January 2025 inclusive.
