For the purpose of jointly developing needs-based software, the housing associations have joined forces to jointly procure an eProcurement platform (supplier portal/purchasing portal).
The aim of procurement is to optimize the procurement of housing associations and to make it easier for a larger group of providers to participate in procurement processes via a common supplier portal.
The clients intend to procure the following services/functions in particular:

o Access/identity and user licenses
o SaaS & cloud computing
o Flexibility & scalability
• B: Administration of the portal (cross-process functionalities)
o System management
• C: Supplier portal
o Master data and documents
o Supplier self-registration/supplier qualification/process
o Supplier evaluation
o Search functions
• D: Purchasing portal (optional)
o General requirements for the purchasing portal
o Allocations/tenders
o Order processing
o Interface realization to the public procurement platform (RIB) /process
o Interfaces to the ERP/process
o Contract management/contract management (optional)
• E: Evaluations, controlling and reporting
The introduction of a comprehensive supplier portal for clients is planned. Suppliers should be able to register and qualify themselves independently on this supplier portal.
In addition, a purchasing portal is to be connected to the supplier portal separately.
